EXTENDED
OPENING HOURS
As
from 5th July 2008, each week there
will be one early morning, one late
evening and a Saturday morning Surgery held at our Duffield premises.
These Surgeries are only for pre-arranged appointments for patients
who are unable to attend at other times during routine Surgery hours.
We will be unable to offer an emergency service during these extended
opening hours and urgent matters will be handled by the Out of Hours
service, contacted by telephoning
