Influenza Vaccination
The
Government has issued strict guidelines as to which patients are
entitled to an influenza vaccination. Appletree Medical Practice
send personal invites to all patients registered in their practice
who fall within these guidelines.
If
you have not received an invitation by mid September and have been
advised by a Doctor that you require an injection, please contact
the surgery for advice. |
