REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
From
1st August 2005 we will NOT issue prescriptions for medication/s
which are NOT on your Repeat Drug List.
If
you take medication/s which are not on your Repeat drug List you
need to speak to your Doctor before 1st August 2005.

the receptionist for a telephone appointment

In the surgery:

appointment in the usual way.
