PRESCRIPTIONS
Repeat
prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:
Via
the RED BOX to the right of the
reception counter at the Duffield Surgery.
Over
the internet using EMIS ACCESS.
By
post, (use a stamped address envelope if you want it posting back
to you).
By
phone AFTER 1pm.
In
order to free up our receptionists to deal with other issues in
the mornings, we ask you NOT to phone before 1pm for repeat
prescription requests or ask receptionists to print them
off whilst at the counter. Your medicines should have a repeat
prescription slip in with them. If you have lost or forgotten
it, please either write down the names of the medications you
need or, if you can't remember the names, ask the receptionist
to print off the repeat prescription slip. Tick the items you
need, indicate where you would like to pick up the prescription
and place it in the red box.
